Safaris

Diving Safaris

Nesima offers the diver and non-diver alike the opportunity to visit some of the remote areas of Sinai. Camps are set up at various locations, some of which can only be reached by camels.

The length of the safaris varies from one day up to 4 days. All safaris are guided by local Bedouins and coordinated by Nesima staff.

With your comfort in mind,  Bedouin tents are set up for resting and sleeping, compressor on site for longer duration’s and freshly made local food are all included in our safaris.

Whether exploring the isolated dive sites along the coast or delving into the desert by 4x4, Nesima’s Safaris are the best way to experience the Sinai, in it’s purest form.

Non-Diving Safaris

Day trips to places of interest such as walking through splashed mountains at The Coloured Canyon, or snorkelling at the Blue Lagoon can all be arranged through Nesima.

Over-night trips to Mount Sinai and St.Catherine’s Monastery, reaching the mountain peak in time to watch the spectacular sunrise, is also a memorable experience.

Trekking to our designated site can be done either on camel back or by foot.

Plants & herbs grow freely in the desert. Bedouins enjoy sharing their knowledge as for the uses and remedies of their medicinal herbs.

Our non-diving safaris are designed not only as an educational tool but also as an appreciation of the surrounding desert, culture and nature.
